It does. Emulators create an as close to exact replica of the hardware that it is designed to emulate. Plus, this is a function of software, rather than hardware. OOT is the program that does it. More specifically, its overlay renderer.

Actually, I don't like Zelda. OOT is boring and has terrible controls.
